Job Description :
Assist in conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis, including SWOT analysis.
Support online market research activities and maintain organized documentation of findings in internal databases.
Help design and execute data collection methods such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
Prepare research plans and present insights or findings to mentor/supervisor.
Analyze collected data and assist in generating reports with actionable recommendations.
Support the tracking and reporting of marketing KPIs (leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement).
Gather and interpret statistical data using available analytical tools.
Contribute to the development of research materials (e.g., questionnaires, survey forms).
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to support strategic decisions.
Requirements :
Final year student in university or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to follow fully onsite arrangement.
Understand how each channel in digital marketing channels works.
Have a growth mindset, organized, and able to adapt.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other online user behavior analysis tools is a plus.
