Job Description :
- Plan and manage campaigns.
- Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media.
- Develop an optimal social media posting schedule based on web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Manage supporting things needed for content creators, such as talent, decoration, location, etc.
- Manage relations with Key Opinion Leader (KOL), universities, and other partners.
- Analyze and measure social media data/metrics, insights, content performance, and make reports.
Requirement :
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English.
- High level of creativity and initiative.
- People who are actively self-motivated, need a minimum of supervision.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in teams and individuals.
- Understand the dynamics of the sales function and how it affects lead generation.
- Preferably have portfolio in content creation
- Preferably if proficient in social media marketing management.
