Manager Assistant

Job Description:

  • Assist the team leader/supervisor with scheduling and organizing meetings

  • Prepare agendas and take meeting notes

  • Conduct basic market research to support digital marketing initiatives

  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and compile reports

  • Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms

  • Support the team in executing digital marketing activities

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas

  • Stay updated with basic digital marketing trends


Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English

  • High level of creativity and initiative

  • Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision

  • Proactive and able to work effectively both in a team and individually

  • Ability to maintain and build industry partnerships

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other divisions

  • Proficiency in verbal, writing, and editing skills in both Indonesian and English

  • High initiative and proactive approach

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Capability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
