Manager Assistant
Job Description:
Assist the team leader/supervisor with scheduling and organizing meetings
Prepare agendas and take meeting notes
Conduct basic market research to support digital marketing initiatives
Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and compile reports
Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms
Support the team in executing digital marketing activities
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas
Stay updated with basic digital marketing trends
Requirements:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English
High level of creativity and initiative
Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision
Proactive and able to work effectively both in a team and individually
Ability to maintain and build industry partnerships
Strong communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with other divisions
Proficiency in verbal, writing, and editing skills in both Indonesian and English
High initiative and proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure
Capability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
